how can I stop an account cancellation?

It sounds as if you have a Premium account.  If that's the case, you haven't really canceled the account yet.  You have just requested cancellation.  Your account will remain in full force until the end of the period that you have already paid for.  Cancellation is just pending.  So, contact Live Chat and tell them that you have changed your mind.
