Can not log in to Beta Test Grid

I'm trying to get on the Beta Test Gid (Aditi) for the first time so I can test some things out before uploading them on the main grid. It keeps giving me the error "Login Failed. Sorry! We couldn't log you in." and telling me to make sure my password is correct. I reset my password last night (24 hours ago) to see if that would help, but I still can't log in.

I'm on Firestorm but also tried on the offical SL viewer as well. I tried entering a region name instead of leaving it at "home" or "last location" because I read that that can cause issues for some people. I even tried logging in with an alt. Still won't work :/ 

Is there something special I need to do to be able to log in to Aditi? Please let me know! Thank you!

There are common challenges when logging into ADITI.

If you changed your password, you will probably have to connect support and have them make sure the update propagated to ADITI. And you can try logging in with your old password.

If this is your first log into ADITI, you will likely need Support's help.

If you are using Last Location or Home, you will likely have problems.

Pick a destination to log into that is in the known realm of Linden Core Servers; Morris and Ahren are two that meet that criteria.

the normal ways to get on the test grid often don't work that well,

contact support, they'r good in this

SAME ISSUE for me, tho its not my 1st timne iv always used firestorm

The same is happening here. No specific error message, just "Login failed."

I'm currently having the same issues as Cuore Capalini right now.  It is simply just saying "login failed."  You may need to contact a linden for your problem.

Aditi has been down this whole day and still is as I write this.

I suppose the only answer is to be patient and remember that LL does not in any way guarantee access to Aditi. It is a testing grid after all.

well I can login in web browser for both main and beta. But cant get into preview grid with any viewer. Also contacted support but no response at all. Please help.

well they may not guarantee accses to it, but i can guarantee they are loosing cash while its down .. and me too

This is different than the usual login issues. The login process hasn't even started when I get that "Login failed" message after about 2-3 seconds that I clicked the Login button, the text doesn't even change to "waiting for region handshake". Everything was fine yesterday.

No, my internet/router/firewall are working fine.
Yes, I'm using Firestorm.
No, I haven't changed my password.
No, I actually login to Aditi on a regular basis since 2007.
Yes, I have tried other destinations than Last Location or Home (Murray, Morris, Oatmeal, etc)

I guess we simply gotta be patient and wait till Aditi is accessible again..
