cant recieve gifts purchased from site

ok so a friend purchased something from the site to send to me and it took his L but i have not recieved it yet and it has been hours since then... any answers to this??

Get your friend to check his order history and it will say whether the item is "delivered" or "queued for delivery".

If it says delivered he/she needs to contact the seller (also shown there) and ask for redelivery...making sure he is clear that it was gifted to you so that they don`t deliver to him/her.

If he doesn`t get an answer today, remember its the weekend so allow the seller some time to respond and if nothing happens they can submit a ticket for redelivery, but its much faster to go through the seller.
