My avatar(s) are not loading, only smoke. Others can see me but not complete. Reasen is that all my inventory maps are empty. Never se this before so please HELP me!

Your local inventory cache has gotten corrupted.  See this link: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_missing_inventory

You may also have a poor internet connection.

• Turn off your router and internet modem, wait a minute, then reboot them.
• Try using the Google Public DNS servers.  See here: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using
• If you are using wifi, try a wired ethernet connection between your computer and your network
