I used the same e-mail address for all 3 of my accounts... How do I reset my passwords?

I have three accounts on SL.. and I used the same e-mail address for all three... Now I have forgotten my password for one of the accounts, and I can't get an e-mail to reset my password....Help!

If you used the same e-mail for all three, then you should be getting messages for all three in your e-mail.  I don't understand why that's relevant to your problem, unless you aren't receiving e-mails for any of the accounts at all.

If you can't recall the answer to your security question or no longer have access to the e-mail account you provided, just contact Customer Support, preferably by opening a support case. You'll be asked to verify your identity .
