I cannot see several of the menus in Viewer 2. The top and sidebar menus are missing.

This is all I can see as of the very moment of logging in. I haven't played in over a year, and most certainly not since the previous viewer and Emerald were still available to use. This is the first time any SL client has been installed on this computer. I run Windows 7, in case that wasn't obvious. The world loads fine and I can movie around with little to no trouble as far as I can see, but I can't access, as I said before, the top or side menu bars, and lord knows what else that I don't know about.

This is the new Basic mode. You can get out of it by selecting Advanced mode at the login screen.

Seriously...as someone who just brought a group of Grad Students into Second Life (and has brought hundreds in before now), why would ANYONE want a version of the Second Life viewer without menus or tabs?!?!??!
