after partnering someone, why did I get an accept and parting ways e-mail? they only hit accept :(

I partnered someone this morning and after they accepted I got 2 e-mails: 1 that they accepted and 1 that we parted ways. they only hit the accept button, we both got charged our L$10 and our profiles still aren't showing that we're partnered. is there a glitch in the partnering system I haven't heard about? hopefully someone can help and thanks in advance

Yes there are some glitches going on lately with partnering, some are seeing a partner name just on one profile and some on neither. Haven't heard of one where the system has sent out divorce papers....Did it charge you for the divorce? lol
