I can't see my avatar or any of second life world. It's been a while

It's been a few years since I've used Second Life. I've just logged in using my log in name and password but I can't see my Avatar or any of the Second Life world. I think my Phoenix Viewer is still active... Can you help?

phoenix isn't active for many years, download a new firestorm or LL viewer

If it's been that long i hope your machine can handle the new features.
