There is just the one adjustment.  The only thing you can do is change the resolution of your screen through your operating system to a lower number so things are displayed larger.

Using the SL viewer :  Preferences > Advanced > UI size.

The more you slide it to the right the bigger all the popups (and the texts inside them) will be.

my screen is so big I can't get to advance in preference
