I sent L$ to another client,he claim he never receive any L$ that day, my account was charged?

Double check the Transaction History on your own dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Account to be sure that you actually sent it to the right person.  If you sent it to someone else by mistake, you'll have a hard time getting it back.

As Rolig suggests, it's easy to send money to the wrong person.  Check the spelling of the name very carefully...and also be sure to use the USERNAME of the person you're sending something to.  It's possible for two or more people to have the exact same Display Name, so it's not a reliable guide.
