How Can I get my thing back After I clear the inventory cache

How Can I get my things back. After I clear the inventory cache? I have nothing in my folders. Can you please help me....

TP to Smith, clear cache & relog to that same sim. When you have logged in, open your inventory and wait for it to finish fetching (loading). You can type in the inventory search bar to prompt it to keep loading, but do not move around or IM or anything else. It may take some time depending on the size of your inventory & you can tell from the numbers at the top of the inventory when it is finished.

If your Inventory does not start loading immediately after you log in then open your inventory and type AEIOUYX in the search and it  will speed up the download
