Hi Oscar,

First check your "Account History" or "Account Summary" to make sure that your money has not been credited to your SL account as a $US balance. If it is there as $US go to https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/buy.php and buy $L again and it will use the $US in your account instead of charging your CC again.

If your money is not there as either $US or $L, make a free phonecall to billing number on:
