Alan's Water Front Real Estate company is specialized in buying water front properties and rent with Exclusive furnished houses with interior decorations and landscaping.

We are planning to operate on high-end rental market . We value quality of work/service we provide to residents.  

We're in need of Assertive, Ambitious, Motivated, Passionable to cause and Go-getter Realtor manager and an assistant who also has integrity, patience and the ability to Multi tasking.

At Manager level, we 're looking for the person who can do social marketing strategies while working with business owner.

Weekly based fixed Salary, however, for the right person and salary level will be above the market. And will be evaluated within a month for salary increase.

However, we can discuss commissions for mgr level.

Manager level responsibilities as follows:

* Forum advertisement ( Weekly Updates)
* Social marketing
* Assist residents day to day issues
* Increase of traffic ( will be discussed L$ Commission Bonus)
* Help prospective buyers
* And other ad-hock tasks

Real Est Assistant's responsibilities is assisting manager's and willing to put time for learning.  

For Manager level, we're looking for some level of experinece in Socail marketing and Real Est business.
