Voice is not connecting to server?

For the past two weeks, i've been experiencing a issue with my voice. Sometimes i cant even connect to "voice server"...even relogging and restarting my computer doesn't fix this issue  (it used to work before). It's really annoying because i can't hear my friends or go communicate besides typing. 

The funny thing is, I think its this new PC i bought..windows 10. Lenovo it doesnt work. But on my ACER all in one pc, it works perfectly fine..windows 7

 

can someone help me?

 

tried everything; debugging, setting microphone, reboot router..

did you also check your firewall(s)? voice is seperate from SL
