That almost exact skin is available from Nanite Systems in Eisa. They also have a great control box, a little complex at first but once you get used to it it's amazing. Everyone there is incredibly helpful too.

For limbs there are so many choices, a lot. Best is to look for "cyber" in marketplace. Try the demos and watch out for your ARC, some of the attachments are quite weighty. Best though, head down to the Eisa sim and chat to them.
