If you use a viewer with a media/audio filter, like Firestorm, you can blacklist suspicious stream URLs.  If you added the stream from that parcel to your blacklist, then that is probably what you are seeing.  Either remove it from the blacklist, or disable the feature in your Preferences.

NOTE:  The blacklist feature is there for your protection.  You would blacklist URLs that you suspect of misusing your IP address.  The provider of any music or media stream (anywhere on the web, not just in SL) has access to your IP address.  They have to, in order to provide the stream.  But, someone who has your IP address can investigate and find out things like your physical location.
