I appreciate your concern, but you should know that this is a public forum and we are all SL residents like you.  There are no Lindens here, and none of us have any power to do anything about your concern.  All we can do is advise you to submit an Abuse Report if you have reason to believe that there has been a TOS violation.  That, and advise you to remove the section of chat that you included in your post, since that is a disclosure violation of the Community Standards and you could get in trouble for it.
