ehm.. for me what you tell is a bit confusing... what is SLV ll viewer?,

and W10 with SP3? .. assuming you mean W10 on a Surface Pro 3, because W10 doesn't have a Service Pack 3

What graphics do yo use?...  and other specs?.. please edit your post and add some more information

mostly crashes are caused by bad  connection or failing/overheating hardware.

if you are not wired, do that

and

look at your preferences for the graphics, you might ask to much from your machine (tablet if yours is a SP3).....lower those a bit to see if works more smoothly

you also can try:

power down your machine, modem/router

wait a few minutes

restart modem/router

wait till its all running again

restart your machine.

this doesn't garantee it will work better but i't's a start to try.

If you have recently upgraded your operating system, your video drivers may have reverted to the Windows default.  Re-install your video drivers from the manufacturer's web site.

However, there's another possibility.  If you downloaded and installed something called "Windows 10 Service Pack 3" it could have infected your computer with malware, because there IS no officlal SP3 for Windows 10.
