they can set their home there, if you create a group, set the Linden home to that group, and invite your friends to that group.

They will be able to rezz their things, but NOT change the house itself by the dashboard.

 

Be carefull not to give ownership to anyone else in the group than yourself or your alt ( if you have one)

Owners have powers that work bad if conflicts between friends rise... and those will.. (sooner or later )
