Need a few scripts please

Ok i have looked high and low with no luck, so i need a couple of scripts made by a scripter...

1. First script is a bump/ collide script.... 

I need this script to tell me who hit me, with a bullet/ orbiter/cage/ ect, i want it to report the name of the object

and owner, to me only in chat!!... i want it to have a on and off feature so i dont have to keep attaching or detaching 

while in a hud, like maybe touch and a color green for on and red for off....... must be FULL PERM

 

 

2.The second script i want  is a Move Lock script-- that when enabled it protects me from bullets, orbiters, cages ect,

or from being ejected a million miles in space... also with a on and off feature , plus green for on and red for off when i touch my hud i create.... must be FULL PERM

if you can write these two script for me, please tell me the cost of these two scripts..................
