To take a photo, Type CTRL + Chft + S or click the camera icon on your taskbar.

Chamberlain College of Nursing seems to have 15 regions in SL. You ought to be able to find the one you want by opening your Map view (use the icon on your task bar) and typing in Chamberlain in the search field.
