I think my account was hacked. My clothing inventory is gone. My niramyth avitar is gone. I'm having trouble and or

dont see it in regular inventory also.

Accounts can't be hacked but can be compromised if you give someone your password, accept an object then rez it and inadvertently gave permission to debit your account, or you clicked a link that took you to a phishing website. 

However in your case, it is highly doubtful that any of that happened.  These assets most likely still are in the asset database and your viewer cache was corrupted somehow.

Go to the Network tab under Avatar>Preferences and clear your cache.  Then relog directly to a quiet sim like one of the ocean sailing sims with just water on it.  Let your inventory rebuild itself.  Don't do anything while this happens, even walk around or IM.
