Landlord did not return items after eviction. Sim is closed and No person found with landlords name.

I logged on and could not get to my home. I was evicted for late payment I think. Everyone on sim was evicted and sim is closed. I search for landlords name and no one found. Sim is locked down and no one got there items back. What can I do?

Can someone please help me with my question. I lost six card and dice  game tables plus a special TV I borrowed. The sim is locked down and the person I made my payment to does not exist now. HELP
