I can't use teleport

i really can't imagine you get a message to find help at the Q&A section, this is a resident only forum, not support from LL  :) ( except rare occasions)

of course users can try to advice you how to solve it

 

try a reset of your connection, there might be some interuption in the signal,so the regions don't log you out and in correctly

shut down your machine

shut down modem/router

wait a minute

power your router/modem

wait till it's fully running

restart your machine
