my BLOCK LIST Is completely gone....how do i get it back

Hello my block list is completely GONE...i have not deleted anything on  my block list and how doi get it back

 

becuase i dont want any of my pesky EXES and other annoying people contacting me... LOL

BUT i had my partner contact firestorm group on my behalf and they dont even know they say its server side with second life....but wow....they dont even know

Do you think a CLEAN INSTALL will fix this issue?

Hi LishaJoya,

Mute lists are maintained on the SL servers. If yours has gone empty, something in your viewer configuration is preventing that list from being read from the servers or the servers have dropped the ball and lost your list. I'd try logging in with a different viewer (I always keep two handy, Firestorm and the official SL viewer). If the other one works, you know the mute list is still on the servers and your problem is local. A clean install should fix the issue. If the mute list doesn't load in a different either, it's more likely that it's been lost from the grid.
