the dialog box on the upper right part of my screen has words typed on top of wordsand unreadable

I can't read directions in my dialog box, there are instructions written on top of other instructions.  I am guessing as to what is says

you might need to use a translator..... to see waht it says..

 

or it might be the specail font that some people use to make their letters

Did you try clicking on the dialog box to see if that helps?  You didn't indicate which viewer you are using, but in some of the third-party viewers, the dialog and other boxes that display are partially opaque and when there are more than 1 overlapping in the same area, the words from the bottom one can be partially seen through the top one.  In this situation clicking on one of them to make it active also makes it no longer opaque.
