Any way to see messages blocked people have sent you?

Question

I read somewhere that you can never tell if someone has blocked you on here or not.

I'm wondering, would messages still get through? Would they be saved somewhere?

I'm curious to see if  a horrible person I blocked yesterday, would have sent me anymore messages.

Hi Alice,

Nope, blocked messages just get tossed into the void and the sender doesn't know it. The idea is that blocking is supposed to dampen drama. Notifying people they've been blocked and allowing people to access blocked messages both work against that goal.

Well on your first 'I read somewhere that you can never tell if someone has blocked you on here or not. ' yes on the viewer I run, if I wish to do so. They will know but hey. They were not worth it in the first place.

The others, not so sure:) But - unblock and make a habit of not responding. That way you know and they never will know. You still have the power to not respond. Their idiocy becomes entertainment. Good luck.

Firestorm will allow one to let the blocked be notified they are no longer wanted.

Pref>Privacy>Autoresponse1.

It's purely an optional thing. I believe Singularity has something similar.

I can't speak for LL Viewers for I don't use that version.

Seriously?

You need to learn to let things go.

If you want to see a message from a "Blocked" person unblock them. Then when you get annoyed just ignore them. That way you get all the joy of being annoyed and none of the pleasure of stopping the idiot in their track!

Oh Wait, this makes you a victim. Mmmmmmm

Food for thought.

Moral: Learn to let things go.
