Marketplace Issue - We were unable to make changes to this invoice

This is the second day that I'm getting the message, "We were unable to make changes to this invoice" when trying to purchase something on the MP.  I've tried several times, several different items.  Luckily, there was an inworld store to go to this time, but it sure is annoying.  Any ideas?  Thank you in advance. :)

I was having that problem, too.  Found the solution here.

 

Basically, you just need to do a "hard refresh" by hitting Ctrl+F5.  (Had never heard of that before, lol.)
