upgraded viewer and now all I do is RUN...even though the "always run " button is unchecked

All I do is run ! even went back to older viewer and still run. :(  also I use the arrow keys on my keyboard to move and now when I turn its in slow motion...any ideas ?

Use the advanced menu, CTRL-ALT-D. Look in debug settings for items relating to movement.

Detach your AO and then res it on the ground.  Right click and select edit.  Then, from the build menu, click build > scripts > reset scripts.

You can then pick it up and wear it again.

There is a setting for Always Run. There are some settings that affect whether you walk or run.

Debug Settings - the list of settings.

• AllowTapTapHoldRun
• JoystickRunThreshold

Via the top menu use Me->Movement->Always Run (Ctrl-R). If you pressed Ctrl-R by mistake, you changed the setting. See Second Life Basic Movement instructions.
