Can't purchase on Market place, say this "There was a problem charging your payment method."

Why can't I purchase items on Market Place? I get a message everytime that says "There was a problem charging your payment method." I have not changed anything. A friend of mine also is having the same problem.

First of all if you are buying on the Marketplace using your credit card or PayPal and real $...don't. Use $L, you will get a better price. Second, check your payment method. Are you using the right one? Has your card expired? Third, do a hard reset of your web browser.
