Hi Yiba,

There are numerous reasons you may not be able to access gaming regions. Here's a link to LL's skill gaming policy page...

Even if you live in a state or country that allows online gaming, your IP address may indicate that you're somewhere that it's not allowed. This happens most often when you're near a state/country border.
