most likely you placed a limit buy order.

It can be confusing but it says in the window : .. it will not fill instantly, (and depending on the exchange rate you added... days, weeks or years...)

You can check the rate at the bttm of the page, it is at 269 now, but around 14 million L$ waiting for selling at that.

Yours will be in that i guess because you say 10k for 37 USD.. so be patient...it will come

 

Or cancel the order, and buy from the first window, market buy, that will fill instantly.

If you cancel the money will be returned to your USD balance in your profile, waiting to be used at first occasion, buy or fees.

 

Of course the market buy gives less L$ value for your money than the limit buy. It can be worth waiting a day if you get some more

Now that i deleted the order what should i do to have my money back/use them to buy L from the first window?
