Hello, I was just a new user here and ALL i wanted were Linden dollars, but from all i have been through I just give up with SL.. I have no idea wtf does SL and Linden WANT.. All my transactions failed through my 2 Credit cards (YES CREDIT CARDS) and a Skrill account. and when I file a ticket  this is the EFFED up answer I get ..

"We have reviewed your account and have found that due to certain risk factors beyond our control we will no longer be able to accept payments from this account or any associated SL accounts. Unfortunately, we are unable to disclose or discuss the exact reason for this occurrence, and this is not something for which we have a manual override. As such, we are unable to make any exceptions.

We don’t have any information or control over billing matters outside of our environment- so this will not affect you in any way other than the ability to transact in SecondLife.

Your account will still remain active and you are free to continue and enjoy your SecondLife.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience."

WOW just WOW.. What Risk Factors??? WHAT IS THE REASON THEY CANT EVEN DISCLOSE? AM I A TERRORRIST OR SOMETHING? WHY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE BILLING SO COMPLICATED ? WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO BIASED? SO Dissapointed ..DONE WITH THIS!

You should talk to your bank or credit card company, whoever issued the card to you, about this.  You charges from LL or Skrill may have been turned down or they may have placed a hold on paying.

My bank did this several years back because the payment processor that LL used had been flagged as sending through to many fraudulent charges from the internet.  They weren't committing fraud but apparently a lot of the charged they processed were from stolen cards.  I had assure my bank these were legitimate charges and assume all risk against fraud to get them to lift it.  They then called LL to assure them I was not fault and they would honor any charges from them.

there can be several reasons for companies, or countries to block certain payment sources.

That doesn't mean the problem is at your, personal, side.

For example in these weird times, some banks or bankowners and other financial companies are on a (inter)national blacklist ... as sanction for a regime... international fraude, and indeed ...terroristic support in one or other way, or any ther reason.

You can do nothing against this, other than ask your bank. And LL can do nothing else than comply to the rules of their government.. in this case... block the transactions.
