I havent been able to log on for days I know they had problems but still I cant get on secondlife

I have not been able to log on for days I know you said its been seen too.I still cant get online even though I can use Steam and other programmes. I am in the UK help me.

what does the viewer give as message?...

 

might be you have to reset your connection,but thats just a guess... you don't give enough info for a more specific answer...

 

perhaps edit your post and add your specs and messages you get.

Can you tell us what happens or how far you can get?

When you double click the Second Life icon, does the client start?  Can you double click the icon?

Does it get to where you enter a user name and password?

Does it hang or crash to desktop before then?

Does it hang or crash to desktop after you enter your name and password?

Most importantly, does it give you anerror message at any point?

Other things, have you tried using a different viewer?
Have you tried logging in on a different sim?
Have you re-entered your name and password rather than leaving whatever is saved in the fields?
Have you tried entering with a different account?
