Actually they do change the grid status post to "Resolved" once the problem is fixed.  Sometimes they even update the entry.  But there is no way to predict when these will occur.

Rolf, you're getting slapped because this is a completely useless place to complain about stuff like that.  We're just residents like you, and we can't do a thing to either fix whatever is wrong, or to change LL's blog posting habits.
