I can't count the times I'd push back from my desk, frustrated with the lack of progress with my work, only to realize I had to pee so bad my back teeth were floating and my body was desperately trying to get my attention.

You too? When I was younger, I never would have believed that I could get so focused on work that I would forget to pee. Or eat supper either. It's amazing how much our bodies will put up with to keep from distracting our minds.
