All of a sudden, it stopped showing people's 1st Life photo, and often their 2nd Life photo too. It worked fine a few days ago. I re-downloaded the viewer and the problem persists. Before reinstalling the application, did you clear the cache as well? Just to be sure, delete these folders: Library/Application Support/SecondLife Library/Caches/SecondLife and empty the Trash. I just deleted my Application Support and Cache files and I'm still having the same problem with the viewer. The Phoenix viewer is displaying the profiles fine. Joseph MacAlpine Posted April 2, 2011 Share Posted April 2, 2011 That is how some web profiles used to appear to me with viewer 2.5. Luckily, I haven't seen the problem with 2.6. I guess the issue is already listed in JIRA, although I don't know if they closed it. I don't think you can do much about it, except use a different viewer... Starbuck Hax Posted April 4, 2011 Share Posted April 4, 2011 Hi, having same problems. Profiles not loading correctly. They do in Phoenix and if I go to web browser. This is recent. I have the newest MacPB Pro laptop with the best graphics card which SL doesn't recognize yet. Might be part of the issue. But very annoying. Hate the size of the profile inset too.
