1. There are no Linden Lab employees on this forum. The answer section is a place for users to help each others, not a place to contact support. We can't help you.

2. All 3rd party sites, that offered to exchange real life money for L$ have been disabled a long time ago (over a year, by now). Its actually against the ToS, if they would still provide their service. You can only buy L$ from LL directly. The accepted payment methods are credit cards or verified paypal and skrill accounts.

3. Unfortunally there is no hope to get your money back, if the people operating the website don't give it to you. You have to sort this out by yourself with them. Even if you could reach an employee of the support team from LL, they would not get involved in this, because its not a Second Life problem.

You broke the rules and got scammed.  Don't break the rules any more; problem solved.

 

In order to follow real world laws concerning multi-national money transfers, all transactions must have a real world bank or credit card account associated with it.  If you can get these international banking laws changed then Linden Lab will be able to add additional conveniences to their exchange.

As the others have said, buying and selling L$ other than on the official Lindex Exchange is against LL's terms of service.    They won't help you.

Perhaps you could recover your money with the help of PayPal or your credit card issuer.   In any case, you should advise them of the problem since it appears you have provided your RL financial information to a crooked website.
