Is there any way to find avatars similar to an avatar you've found on the marketplace?

Like if you found an avatar, and wanted to find others like it too, no matter who the creator is, just avatars that look similar, in the same style.

Nope.  There are too many ways in which someone might consider two avatars "similar", and nobody maintains a system that can search for those features anyway.  Just start exploring. SL is a big place with a lot of creators, and there are new ones all the time.  It pays to be patient and to experiment.  I have kept nearly the same appearance for several years now.  For at least the first 5 years after I joined SL, though, I kept my eyes open for "better" skins and kept tweaking my shape gently until I gradually felt that I looked like "me".
