I became premium on 08/18, and i cant teleport to my new house, i dont know what to do, thank you

The first question we should ask is, "Do you have a new house?" That is, did you ask for one?  If not, do it here >>> http://secondlife.com/land/lindenhomes/member.php

If you have already done that, you should have recived an e-mail from Linden Lab that tells you where to find the house.  Check your e-mail's spam filter to be sure it didn't get stuck there.  You can also check on your dashboard at secondlife.com.  Look for the Land Manager link and then examine My Mainland.  Your address will be there. 

When you get to your home, be sure to use the World menu at the top of your viewer to Set Home to Here, and to make a landmark to that spot.  Once you have defined that spot as Home, you can log in there directly, and you can use various links in your viewer to get there in a hurry.  A landmark will be handy for sharing with friends, so that they can teleport to your home.

Loly, there's one possibility that could get kind of sticky.  If you are under 18 in Real Life, and you got a Premium membership, you cannot have a Linden Home...because they are all on Moderate regions, and you can't go there until you're at least 18.

If that is what happened, open a Support Case and ask LL to take back your Linden Home (because you can't go there and Abandon it...give it back...yourself.)  Once that's been done, you can use your Premium membership to have some land in a General region of the Mainland.  You'll have to buy the land first, but you won't pay a monthly tier fee on up to 512 square meters.
