script error

That error comes from a scripted item that you are supposed to be wearing, but is not attached to you.  It is trying desperately to animate your avatar, but it can't do it until you attach it.  Unfortunately, it may be hard to locate, if you rezzed it on the floor or wherever.  Try using a Beacon (see https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Finding-lost-objects-and-attachments/ta-p/1316943 ) that you set to highlight scripted objects (not touch activated).  When you find it, take it back to your inventory.  Next time you want to use it, wear or add it instead of rezzing it.

Both of those methods should work too, although they can be flaky sometimes. I'm guessing that here are likely to be few enough scripted items that it should be faster to use a beacon, and a beacon has the advantage of having an obvious red highlight.
