This forum is not a very likely place to reach people interested in renting such land. I checked and it's Mainland so a forums post really belongs here: https://community.secondlife.com/t5/Parcels-for-Rent-Mainland/bd-p/mainlandparcelsforrent (which is emphatically not the Mainland discussion forum, but specifically the one for Parcels for Rent: Mainland). There you can include a SLURL directly to the parcel so potential renters can get there without the extra step of searching in-world.

But speaking of in-world land Search, that's likely the most important source of tenants, and this land doesn't seem to be listed there at all. Maybe this section of the Knowledge Base's Search FAQ would help. (Note that setting the parcel description gets the listing into Search without paying the L$30/wk needed for Seach category to have any effect.)
