why isnt the control panel in my linden home not working i have tried three days in a row now

for three days now i have tried to use the control panel in my linden home to make some changes to the windows, and for three days the control panel hasnt worked i have tried everything that i was told to do to reset it and it still doesnt work. is there something  i can do?
