rez item inworld and contents wont load to copy to inventory

Hello, I been having an issue of lately with having an object you have to rez out to unpack, the contents are in there but wont load so I can copy to inventory, I changed the bandwidth and cleared cache, even tried to send the transferable gacha items to alt account to try to rez and copy to inventory but is giving me problems. :( any feedback would be great thank you ^^ <3

Did you try just going to a different region?  Find a sandbox somewhere and try that.

Not every box is equipped with an auto-unpacking menu.

Rez the box.  Right click it, select Open.  Highlight the content items and drag them manually into your inventory.

Pffft...kids today.  They don't realize how good they have it.  Why, in my day, in the old SL, we had to unpack all our own boxes.  And we didn't have any of that Mesh stuff, either.  No sirree, Bob!  We had to walk from a teleport hub to the store.  Uphill, both ways.  In six feet of snow.
