Hello! I was buying LDollars and my credit card has been charged6 however I didn't receive any Ldollars, though the sum of money was charged and i don't have it on my card now. Help!

it can be several reasons...

a) you don't use a real CC and it's declined

b) you did a limit buy at a exchange rate that isn't accepted yet, you will have to wait till another user will take your offer, if it's a bad rate that might be never. Till you cancel that order it will stay there forever.

c) just a temporal failure and it will work later

 

so... have a look at what you did, perhaps try adding some more info to your post to get a more accurate answer.
