cannot gift an adult rated item in mp even though persons settings are access to G,M A....why?

Trying to purchase an adult rated item to a person who is an adult and has settings to get access to G M A .

is there anything else i have to change setting wise? Person has a free account and does not have any lindens or any payment info on file.. do they need to have payment info on file in order for adult rated items?

No PIOF is needed for the recipient and they don't need to be a premium member or have any $L's.

The person may need set their marketplace preference to general, moderate and adult.  If that doesn't do it, you can file a support ticket.  You can do this for MarketPlace issues even if you are not a premium member.
