What you can do is transfer money from your payment method to your $USD balance.  When the payment date arrives, LL will take money first from your $USD balance, and if that's not sufficient, then charge your payment method.

Transferring cash into SL is more complicated than it used to be.  Here's a way to do it.

• Set up a Limit Buy of $L, but set the exchange rate to a value that's high enough that the order won't be filled.  Say, for example, $L300 per $1 USD.  Offer to buy a large enough amount that the $USD value will cover your Premium bill.
• The money will be taken from your registered payment method (assuming you have a zero $USD balance).
• Once the order is placed, then go in again and cancel the order.  The money will be transferred to your $USD balance.
