Payment issue still drama..8 month bug and lindenlab not helping or cant ? :D

hi, no wonder that many people left sl ?

a bug still ago 8 month now long..ticket sent but now ?

I cant add PAypal or Skrill for payment... verify my data on skrill on paypal " not nice really lindenlab that u want all my privat thinks!!!!!!"

so i use skrill for a lot other thinks..works fine..no problems..only at lindenlab this error come : i can sent the 1 dollar that accept lindenlab lol lol lol lol and then come the issue :

There was an error adding your payment method.

  • Please try again later, or contact support if this message continues to show.

yes yes..now did cost me that all 20 dollars..i want my real dollar back!

i did not cost you 20 dollars... it's no real payment, but a test to see if your account s set up the right way, and it's refunded/undone within a day, Unless it's possibel to have 2 way payments on your account.

 

Next to that you, correct me if i'm reading it wrong, you did not verify your account. If that's so, it's clear why it fails.

That it works for other things is of no matter here.

It's no bug.

There is no bug, unless the bug is your own ignorance.

Only verified Paypal or Skrill accounts are able to be set as a payment method. For that they need to be linked to a bank account or a major credit card. Linden Lab checks if your account is correctly set up, by charging you 1$ and returning that 1$ instantly. If your Paypal account or Skrill account is not verified, this transaction fails, causing an error message.

This is NOT a bug. This is intended.

And LL does not want your private data. Those details are shared with Paypal and Skrill and if you don't trust those companies, you might rethink about using their service at all or making online purchases at all.

Also...what are we here in the forum supposed to do about it? No employee reads the forum. Writing in the forum is not a way to contact support. And if you are unwilling to do the necessary steps to make your payment method work in SL, then thats it and you maybe should stop trying it over and over again.
