Hands and feet

I bought new shapes and skins but everytime i change shape my hands and feet are way big how do I get them the same size as the rest of my body any help be nice..I havent played in a long time

It sounds like what you have are demo shapes.  These are sold for 1L$ or given out so you can see if the shape will work with your skin. The regular versions will have normal scaled hands and feet.

I bought the real shapes for about $400L I did try the demos before I bought them and tried to put them on after is there anything maybe I need to reset

Hello! Are you new to Viewer 2? You say you used SL before.

You have to replace the demo shape with the 400L shape you bought. Find the right shape in your inventory and wear it. If you still see big hands and feet, try to rebake. You need the Advanced menu to do that. Windows: Ctrl+alt+D. You will notice that "Advanced" appears on top of your screen. Advanced>Rebake Textures.

If you still don't see a change, try to look at the inventory and "Current outfit". Make sure you don't wear the Demo shape. I don't think anyone sell female shapes with huge hands and feet. If you wear the correct shape and rebake don't help, it might be a lag problem. Does everything else in SL run fine on your computer? Try to wear a different shirt and see if it changes as it should.

If you wear the right shape, you can try to edit the hands and feet smaller. If it is modify, you can click yourself and then "Edit my shape"

I'm having the same problem with my demos too. Is there any way to correct this w/o having to buy the shape, since the point of getting the demo is to try b/f you buy.
