Kick everyone out then leave it yourself.  Groups must have two people in them or they are deleted.  Be sure you want to do this.  Once a group is gone you can't get it back or reuse the name.

If your parcel is on the Mainland and it is group-owned, you'll have to sell or abandon it first.

As Rolig points out, a group that owns Mainland cannot be disbanded until the land is disposed of.  However, you can sell it from the group to yourself.
